My name is Andrew Pish and I'm a Junior Electrical and Computer Engineer at The University of Texas at Austin. I am the Information Officer of the Electronic Game Developer's Society, and am looking to gain experience in the video game industry. As the information officer for the 2009-2010 school year, I have already begun revamping our weekly newsletter as well as rethinking the way we present information to our members. I have begun to re-organize our systems in preparation for the next great year in EGADS. I participated in a pilot game development course at the University of Texas where I created two games and produced several other projects over the course of a semester. As a producer, I organized the work schedule for my nine other classmates for about ten different games. I had to constantly communicate through e-mail and night meetings to check our progress and make sure we were on the right track. I always had to keep my eyes on the deadlines and make sure everybody else could focus on their work. This is a small portfolio that shows off some of my personal creations and hoepfully conveys my passion for video games. Thank you for looking, and enjoy! | ![]() My first act as the new information officer was to revamp the way we present ourselves. This was the first flyer I created. This is my map! You can view screenshots on the 'My Map' page.
